Faith – 6 month old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross

Faith is a wonderful 6 month old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross who is currently in foster in South Wales. She has not had the best start to life. She came into us from the pound with an extremely bad case of demodectic mange. Despite the obvious discomfort she was feeling, she has amazed us with her kind, loving and trusting nature; a truly remarkable little girl.

Her skin has now healed, and is totally clear from the mange mites. She does have a few bald patches still, and it will probably be a couple more months before her hair grows back completely.

She is in foster with several other dogs, and gets on well with them. She is typically bouncy and would benefit from a home with another dog, preferably a male. She is good with children, and can be rehomed with children from 5 years. Her recall is good, and she likes to stay close. She also travels well in the car. She can be left for up to 4 hours.

We are looking for a very special home for Faith, where she will be treated like a Princess. As you can see from the pictures, she actually has a shiny sheen to her coat now!

A volunteer has added that "Faith is one special little girl. She has one of the best temperaments I have ever seen not only for a staff but also for any breed. I really enjoyed spending the day with faith and anyone who rehomes her will have a fantastic friend."

All Hope Rescue dogs are neutered, vaccinated, wormed, flea treated and micro-chipped prior to rehoming. A home check will be required, and you will need to come and meet the dog with your own dogs and family.
