Brabantino

Origin and history of the dog Brabantino

This breed descends from the Belgian Griffons, folded earlier this century with the Pug, with whom he will keep the hair smooth characteristic of this breed, variety of Belgian Griffons.



Physical Characteristics

Brabantino the dog's head is large and round, the shortnose and stopping very pronounced. The eyes are round, separate and brightest, and it has pointed ears. The chest is broad and deep. The tail amputated two-thirds is raised high. The coat is short and reddish, some specimens have a black mask, with reddish or yellowish spots.

Dog is a lively, curious and cheerful, very affectionate dog and pet of playfulness and balanced. It is easy to train, very clean and, despite its small size is a good goalkeeper who barks softly.
